Thick and quick strawberry smoothie with maca and hemp protein

Strawberries season has landed! Get a blender and within few minutes treat yourself with this creamy, delicious strawberry-coconut smoothie.


1 big serving
2 handful strawberries
2-3 dates
half cup coconut milk (Arroy-D)
half cup water
1 tsp maca powder
1 tsp hemp protein powder

Clean the strawberries and remove the peduncles. Mix all ingredients in the blender untill smooth and thick.
