I was lucky to have this sensational chao trai at one of my trips with Thanh. Starving from a couple of hours motorbike drive we stopped at Lang Viem Xa village in Bac Ninh Province and had 2 bowls of this delicious clam congee finished with freshly fried sweet potato pancakes (banh khoai) for only 20.000 vnd/2 pax.
