This is not a regular matcha latte, it’s enhanced with a teaspoon of ASHWAGANDHA, one of the most powerful and well know Ayurvedic medicines.
1 cup of Matcha-Ashwagandha Milk🍵
1 tsp matcha powder
2/3 tsp ashwagandha powder
1 tsp maple syrup
1/3 cup warm water
2/3 cup hot vegan milk (I like rice-vanilla which is naturally sweet)
I mix matcha with water so there are no clumps, stir in Ashwagandha than add milk and syrup and mix together or blend for a minute.
